Terms & Conditione

1. Services

The agency agrees to provide digital marketing services including but not limited to performance marketing, social media management, content creation, website development, and related services as per the agreed scope.

2. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
  • Monthly retainers are to be paid before the start of each billing cycle.
  • Any delay in payment may result in pause of services.
  • Ad spend (Meta, Google, etc.) is separate from service fees.

3. Ad Spend & Platform Charges

  • The client is responsible for all advertising budgets.
  • The agency is not liable for platform-related changes, costs, or policy updates.

4. No Guaranteed Results

  • While the agency follows best practices and proven strategies, results are not guaranteed due to market dynamics, competition, and platform algorithms.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information, creatives, and approvals on time.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies.
  • Timely communication for smooth execution of campaigns.

6. Content & Creative Approval

  • All creatives, ads, and content will be shared for approval.
  • Once approved, the agency is not responsible for performance issues arising from approved content.

7. Revisions & Scope

  • Revisions are limited to the agreed scope.
  • Additional work or changes outside scope will be charged separately.

8. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep all business, marketing, and financial information confidential.

9. Termination

  • Either party can terminate the agreement with prior written notice (usually 15–30 days).
  • No refunds for services already delivered.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Final approved creatives become the client’s property after full payment.
  • The agency may use work for portfolio/marketing purposes unless restricted.

11. Liability

  • The agency is not liable for any indirect losses, business losses, or platform account issues.

12. Changes to Terms

  • The agency reserves the right to update terms at any time with prior notice.
